Adrian is a doctoral candidate in Sport and Performance Psychology at the University of Western States and is currently accruing supervised hours toward the Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC®) credential through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.

He works with athletes to strengthen confidence, attentional control, emotional regulation, and competitive resilience. This work is informed by his background in trauma-informed care and behavioral health. The focus is helping athletes perform consistently under pressure while maintaining psychological well-being outside of sport.

His work centers on helping athletes build mental durability, sustain performance over time, and compete with clarity and purpose.
