About Me

I provide mental health counseling and mental performance coaching for adolescents, adults, athletes, and performers. In clinical settings, I support clients navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. In performance settings, I help individuals strengthen focus, confidence, and emotional control under pressure.

I have worked with individuals and couples in outpatient mental health settings, as well as with athletes across youth, collegiate, elite, and Olympic levels. I have collaborated with coaches, teams, and athletic departments, and served as a mind health professional with the Long Island Nets.

My background in sport and martial arts informs my approach, providing a practical understanding of the physical and psychological demands of performance.
